Module 1: Law, Practice and Procedure

This course is the first module in the International Arbitration Pathway of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), leading to Member level qualification. It provides in-depth coverage of the law and practice of international arbitration. The course is delivered through self-study materials and online tutorials conducted by the Zambia Branch faculty.

Qualifications:

1. Persons who successfully completed the Introduction to Domestic Arbitration course

2. Other professionals interested in arbitration

Successful participants are eligible for accreditation as Members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (MCIArb).
